English Bread
No preservatives, no junk. Bread just like mum used to make.

DIRECTIONS
Mix both flours and salt in a large bowl. Rub in the vegan spread between your fingers until well combined. Add the yeast and the warm water, a little at a time, until a stiff bread dough starts to form.

Turn dough out onto a well floured surface, kneed for 10 minutes.

Divide into two equal pieces and shape to fit bread tins. Lightly grease tins and place dough inside. Cover lightly and leave to proove in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.

Bake at 450º F for about 30 minutes. Tape base of each loaf gently, it will sound hollow when cooked.

Cool on a wire rack, eat. Store in an airtight container.
