Whole Wheat Banana Muffins DIRECTIONS In a largish mixing bowl, sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Pour in the mixture from the blender into the bowl, and mix together. Don't whip or beat. Once mixed, you can add chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, or other addables. Just fold in. Pour the mixture into a muffin pan, making sure to grease the pan lightly IF you don't use muffin cases. Bake at 360º F for about 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool, eat. Store in a airtight container. |
